Many large workplaces have corporate giving programs designed to empower their employees to support causes they care about. These programs enable employees to collaborate with their company to raise funds for various non-profit organizations. A key feature is that employees can then designate where the funds their teams have collected should go, ensuring their efforts support organizations meaningful to them.
