Grants and Funding
At CCC, our strategic goal is to develop sustainable funding models that allow our organization to flourish and serve our community effectively. We are committed to absolute transparency and integrity in this process. Every grant we pursue is carefully vetted to ensure it aligns perfectly with our Vision, Mission, and Values.
When Words Are Not Enough: Supporting Halton Youth Through Art
CCC has been awarded a $19,800 Seed grant from
Ontario Trillium Foundation.
This funding allows us to offer two new services specifically for the Halton region: first an art group therapy program where children and youth can learn emotional regulation and find their voice through creativity; and second, specialized classroom presentations where art helps students learn the principles of emotional regulation in their classroom setting. While we offer supports throughout Ontario, this specific funding is dedicated to the Halton community. We are excited for the opportunity to launch this new service model and look forward to how it can potentially grow into other areas in the future.
Empowering London’s Youth with Practical Tools
We are grateful to have received a grant from
The London Community Foundation.
This funding has allowed us to invest in specialized therapeutic tools, sensory objects, and interactive resources for our work in London. For many young people, sitting and talking can feel intimidating; these tactile tools provide a safe, approachable way for them to express complex feelings and practice the emotional regulation skills we discuss in sessions. By using structured worksheets, board games, and sensory items, we create a practical environment where youth can visualize their growth and develop new coping strategies with confidence.
